Competition ShootingNeil has been DTL shooting for over 20 years, competing throughout New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific. With 5 New Zealand and 1 Australian Title Neil will be inducted into the New Zealand Shooting Hall of Fame in 2021. Gunstock FittingNeil has been stock fitting for many shooters over the last decade. The critical importance of not having a gun fit properly is something Neil stresses to all the shooters he has coached. If your gun isn't fitting you properly, you won't be shooting at your best. Neil has always used Kick Eez recoil pads to assist with gunstock fitting and recommends no other. CoachingNeil has been an avid shoot coach for many years. Whilst Neil loves competition, coaching and helping other shooters ensure their gun fits them is one of his passions. Coaching new, junior and through to experienced shooters is something Neil finds enormously satisfying. He has seen students almost immediately improve after going through the basics with them. Mental training is part of the coaching programme Neil takes them through and understand how the mind and eyes work to achieve a consistent result.
